How The Neuropathy & Healing Center Came to Be

It started with one person’s nerve pain, and the treatment that finally gave her relief.

The center’s journey really took shape because of Darice’s, Practice Administrator and Dr. LeBeau’s wife, own experience with nerve pain. Years ago, a foot surgery damaged the sural nerve in her right foot. The pain was intense: burning, pins-and-needles sensations that made even the lightest touch unbearable. Something as simple as a foot massage became impossible.

In January 2025, she and Dr. LeBeau attended a podiatry conference and discovered the Class IV Laser. After just a few treatments during the conference, Darice felt something she hadn’t in years: relief. The intense pins-and-needles started to fade, and by the third treatment, her foot finally felt tolerable again. That experience inspired her to bring the same treatment to their patients, so they could feel that kind of relief too.

Since then, the center has grown to help even more people, including those suffering from radiculopathy neuropathy. Our team brings its expertise and compassionate care to help patients heal and regain comfort, strength, and confidence in their lives.

Darice’s personal journey fuels her passion every day. She understands the frustration of chronic nerve pain, and she’s dedicated to making sure every patient gets the care, attention, and hope they deserve.

The People You’ll Meet

Darice LeBeau

Darice LeBeau

Founder & Practice Administrator

Darice LeBeau founded The Neuropathy & Healing Center from a deep commitment to helping patients find real relief from chronic pain and neuropathy. Her vision was to create more than a treatment center. She set out to build a place where healing is intentional, personalized, and rooted in compassion.

Equally important to Darice is cultivating a workplace culture where team members feel supported, empowered, and safe. She believes that when people are encouraged to grow, embrace challenges, and reach their full potential, they are able to deliver exceptional care. That philosophy shapes both the patient experience and the internal culture of the clinic.

Working behind the scenes, Darice ensures that every aspect of the practice runs smoothly so patients, staff, and providers have what they need to succeed. She is known for her organization, attention to detail, and unwavering standard of excellence. Most importantly, she is dedicated to making every patient feel welcomed, supported, and truly heard from the moment they walk through the doors.

Come Inside Before You Come In

A short walk through the center: the front desk, the treatment rooms, and the chairs you’ll be sitting in. Most patients tell us it looks calmer than they expected.

We Work Alongside St. Augustine Foot, Ankle and Vein

Ten minutes, no narration, just the work: vein mapping and vein care next door, hands-on treatment on our tables, and the Class IV Laser running on feet and legs. Worth a look if you want to see the whole picture before your first visit.

What Patients Say About Our Team

It has been a joy to see the improvement. My housekeeper just comes on Thursdays now because I’ve been doing the stuff by myself now.
